Important contractual provisions that may impact a consumers decision to buy a product or service should not be buried in the Terms and Conditions. It is misleading and deceptive for any such important condition to not be explicitly disclosed to the consumer and to just be dealt with in the fineprint or in a statement such as 'Ts & Cs apply'.
